Ron Kenoly in Rio de Janeiro

The city of Rio de Janeiro received on days 1, 2 and 3 April one of the biggest names in gospel music world, especially in the area of praise and worship, the American singer Ron Kenoly.
Born on December 6, 1944 in Coffeyville, Ron Kenoly is a worship leader whose mission is "to create an environment for the manifest presence of God," as he himself says. Their musical style is praise and individual, watered excellence on musical instruments. Although he is trained in church music he prefers not to touch their own work because it is always supported by a team of exceptional musicians and a large choir.
He holds several degrees, including a music of Alameda College, MS from the School of Biblical Faith, and Doctorate of Ministry in Sacred Music from Friends International Christian University. His musical career began after a time spent in the U.S. Air Force. He began his career with a group called Shades of Difference. In 1985 he began working fulltime in the ministry of gospel music. It started as a leader in the cults of the Jubilee Center in San Jose, California. Not long after, in 1987, he was ordained and installed as pastor of Music. In 1991, he recorded his first CD by Integrity Music - Hosanna Music, Is Jesus Alive. With the acceptance of his unique way of ministering and singing, Ron Kenoly became a reference in the ministry of praise. In 1993, following international recognition of his ministry, he was invited to perform and teach their worship services in various locations around the world, steadily building a career recognized and respected throughout the world through the Gospel. In 1995 he recorded the album Sing Out, a mega production that today is a model for recordings of praise around the world.
At his side were always big names in international music as bassist Abraham Laboriel, Alex Acuna, Chester Tompsom, Tom Brooks, among others.
Ron Kenoly was performing at the Ministry The Voice of God Parish, Jacarepagua, Rio de Janeiro on day 1 at 19.30, 2 and April 3 at 9am, 14.30 and 19.30 (Holy Week), accompanied by a super band . In the presentations will also feature special Adhemar de Campos, Joe Vasconcelos, Nani Azevedo e Raquel Mello and Co. Dance Vivian Lazerrini.
